Prior to participating in any one of our tours, please take the time to review our policies:

1. Tour cancellation must be done at least 24 hours prior to a single day nature tour, and one week prior for tours that are of a duration of 2 days or longer. Our policy is to provide credit towards another tour or tour date, refunds only being considered based on special circumstances.

2. Payment must be completed 24 hours prior to the tour start time, except in some special cases.

3. Explora Ecotour does not cancel tours due to rain, unless there are extreme conditions that are considered a risk to the customer’s well being. For this purpose we are constantly monitoring local weather reports.

4. Customers must always follow our guide’s instructions, otherwise Explora Ecotour is not responsible for any accident that may occur.

5. All tour information is published on the website. If the client does not read all the details, he/she cannot claim lack of information.

6. There is a 30 minute waiting period after the set hour of tour departure. If the client does not arrive within this time frame, transportation will depart and there can be no refund.

7. We can only pick up and drop off at one specified location.

8. Once payment is made, you are agreeing with and accepting these company policies.
