Our Cayo Arena Island private boat snorkeling tour from Santo Domingo makes for an amazing day in the best snorkeling spot in the country. A 20 minute boat ride from the lovely small beach town of Punta Rusia beach take you to the island of “Cayo Arena” also known as “Paradise Island” where you can spend a few hours enjoying the gorgeous beach there, or snorkeling alongside an amazing variety of beautiful and colorful tropical fish by the reef that surrounds most of the island. This is a place that can be truly be described as the quintessential Caribbean paradise.

Once off the island, we take a peaceful and scenic boat ride through the second largest mangrove forest in the Caribbean, which is part of the nearby Montecristi National Park. Once back in Punta Rusia, we enjoy a delicious fresh seafood lunch at a small family run restaurant, one of our favorite places to eat in the country. This all makes for a day you will likely never forget!
